This is to inform you that second phase of INEC registration for Permanent Voters Card (PVC) will start on 11th April, 2022.

1. Please take advantage of the online registration portal, 

• Register online 

• Create account 

• Chose Pre-registration 

• Input your details 

• Schedule date and time for Capturing 

• Go to INEC office close to you, for you face capturing appointment. 

• Finish 

• Wait for the card to be ready.

2. For those who want to change card details or transfer from one location to another, please take your card to the nearest INEC to carry out your transfer or change of name or correction.

3. Pass this message to friends and family. Ask your children above 18 to register too.
